The small print

Delivery

We deliver to UK addresses only. Delivery is £3.95, or free on orders of £60 or more.

Orders are dispatched within [2–3] working days by [Royal Mail Tracked 48], and we'll email you when yours is on its way.

Returns & refunds

Changed your mind? You can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it. Email us at [email protected] to let us know, then send the items back within 14 days of telling us. We'll refund you, including the original delivery charge, within 14 days of getting the items back (or proof you've sent them).

Please send items back unworn and unwashed, with any tags on. You pay for return postage unless the item is faulty. If an item comes back worn or damaged, we may reduce the refund to reflect that.

Faulty or not as described? Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 aren't affected. Tell us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, or after that we'll repair or replace it, and we'll cover the return postage.

Prices are in pounds sterling and are the total you pay for the items; delivery is added at checkout as shown above. We are not VAT registered, so no VAT is charged.

Payments are taken securely by Stripe. Your order is accepted when we email to confirm it's been dispatched. If we can't fulfil an order (for example, a size has sold out), we'll let you know and refund you in full.

Wrong size? Send it back under the returns policy above for a refund.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Nothing in them affects your statutory rights.

Privacy

What we collect and why. When you order, we receive your name, email, delivery address and what you bought, so we can deliver your order, handle returns and keep the records the law requires (orders are kept for 6 years for tax purposes). We rely on this being needed for our contract with you and to meet legal obligations.

Payments. Card details are entered on Stripe's secure checkout and handled by Stripe; we never see or store them. Stripe processes your data as set out in its privacy policy.

Your bag. Items you add to your bag are saved in your own browser so they're still there when you come back. This isn't sent to us, and we don't use tracking or advertising cookies.

Other services. The site is hosted by Cloudflare, and loads its fonts from Google Fonts and its animation library from jsDelivr. These providers see your IP address when your browser requests those files.

Your rights. You can ask for a copy of your data, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing us. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
